The terms "we," "our," and "us" refer to AlphireTCG.
2. Purpose
These terms govern the sale of products offered on the website and guarantee your rights as a customer. Purchasing products implies full acceptance of these terms.
Sales are restricted to consumers residing in mainland France, Luxembourg, Belgium, Spain (excluding islands), Italy, and Portugal (excluding islands).
Sales made to Belgium, Luxembourg, Spain, Italy, and Portugal are subject to European consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU).
Products are shipped from France. In accordance with the European VAT One Stop Shop (OSS) scheme, under which AlphireTCG is registered, the VAT applicable to sales to consumers located in other European Union member states is the VAT rate in force in the customer's country of residence.
3. Products
We make every effort to present our products accurately and clearly. However, colors or appearance may vary depending on your screen.
In the event of an obvious error in the price or description of a product, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
We reserve the right to modify or remove products at any time.
4. Orders
Any order constitutes an offer to purchase. AlphireTCG reserves the right to accept or refuse any order, in particular in the event of an obvious error, suspected fraud, or unavailability of stock.
An order is only considered final once we have confirmed it by email.
You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information when placing your order.
5. Prices
Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included (VAT incl.).
In accordance with the OSS scheme described in Article 2, the VAT rate included in the displayed price corresponds to the rate applicable in the customer's country of residence within the European Union.
Prices may be changed without notice, but the applicable price is the one in effect at the time the order is confirmed.
The price charged will be the one shown at order confirmation.
6. Payment
Payments are accepted by credit/debit card (Shopify Payments/Stripe), Apple Pay, PayPal, and Bancontact (Belgium).
Payment information must be accurate, and you guarantee that you are authorized to use the payment method chosen.

7. Shipping
Products are delivered via Mondial Relay (pickup point or home delivery) for France, Belgium, and Luxembourg, and via Mondial Relay (pickup point) or UPS (home delivery) for Spain, Italy, and Portugal, depending on your choice.
Delivery is offered to mainland France, Luxembourg, Belgium, Spain (excluding islands), Italy, and Portugal (excluding islands).
Deliveries to Belgium, Luxembourg, Spain, Italy, and Portugal:
No customs formalities are required for these destinations, as trade in goods between European Union member states is exempt from customs duties.
Products are shipped from mainland France.
Unless otherwise stated at the time of order, in-stock products are shipped the next business day for any order placed before 6 PM (excluding Sundays, public holidays, and pre-orders).
In accordance with Article L216-1 of the French Consumer Code, delivery occurs within a maximum of 30 days from order confirmation.
In accordance with Article L216-4 of the French Consumer Code, the risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer at the moment they (or a third party designated by them) physically take possession of the parcel.
In the event of loss, damage, or a confirmed delay, Cardoriah will assist the customer with the claims process with the carrier and will seek an appropriate solution (refund or replacement, as applicable).
In the event of loss confirmed by the carrier, a refund or replacement will be offered in accordance with the law.
In the event of non-receipt reported by the customer, Cardoriah reserves the right to request any additional information deemed necessary (sworn statement, address verification, etc.) before opening an investigation with the carrier.
8. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
You have 14 days after receipt to request a return, except as otherwise provided by law.
Products must be returned in a condition suitable for resale, complete and protected, with their original packaging and accessories as much as possible, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the product is defective, damaged, or does not match the order.
To make a return, you must first contact us at contact@cardoriah.com or via the contact form.
No parcel should be sent without prior approval.
Once we receive your request, we will confirm by email that your return has been accepted and provide instructions to follow.
You have 14 days to send the products back to us.
Returns are preferably handled via Mondial Relay to ensure secure receipt at the following address:

If you prefer another carrier for your return, we can provide a suitable return address upon request: please contact contact@cardoriah.com before shipping.
The refund will be made to the payment method used for the purchase within 10 business days after the return is validated.
If the product has been handled beyond what is necessary to check its nature, characteristics, and condition, a deduction may be applied in accordance with Article L221-23 of the French Consumer Code.

9. Warranty and Liability
Products sold benefit from:
- the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-3 to L217-14 of the French Consumer Code),
- the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).
AlphireTCG cannot be held liable for indirect damages related to the use of the products.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the website (text, images, logos, designs) is protected by copyright and belongs to AlphireTCG or its partners. Any reproduction or use without authorization is prohibited.
Products offered for sale on this website are official, authentic products, sourced from recognized distributors and, where applicable, officially licensed by their respective publishers.
The trademarks mentioned remain the property of their respective owners. AlphireTCG acts as an independent reseller and is not directly affiliated with the owners of these trademarks.
11. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use our services for illegal purposes or in a way that harms our rights, our employees, or our customers, in accordance with Section 13 of our Terms of Service.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify AlphireTCG and its partners against any losses or claims resulting from your breach of these terms or of the law.
This clause does not limit your legal rights as a consumer.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by French law.
Subject to applicable public policy provisions, the consumer may bring the dispute before the court of their place of residence or that of the place where the harmful event occurred.
For consumers residing in the European Union (in particular in Belgium, Luxembourg, Spain, Italy, and Portugal), rights under local consumer protection legislation remain applicable.
In the event of a cross-border dispute, the consumer may use the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
