Cancellation policy
Last updated: March 2, 2026
Pre-orders
Some items in our store may be offered as pre-orders.
This policy explains how pre-orders work and the terms that apply to this type of purchase.
Cancellation
You may cancel a pre-order as long as it has not yet been processed or shipped.
Once the order has been processed, it can no longer be cancelled, but you may request a refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt of the pre-ordered product, under the same conditions as a standard purchase.
How Payment Works
No payment is charged immediately when placing a pre-order.
A payment authorization (card hold) is simply recorded at the time of the order.
The actual charge is triggered on the date indicated on the product page, prior to shipment.
This applies to all available payment methods: credit/debit card, Apple Pay, PayPal, and Bancontact (Belgium).
If the charge fails (expired authorization, declined card, or unavailable PayPal account), a new attempt may be made.
If the payment fails, the customer will be notified by email to resolve the situation.
If the issue is not resolved within 7 days of this notification, the pre-order may be cancelled.
