How do I track my Cardoriah order?
Go to the tracking page: https://cardoriah.com/en/a/suivi-colis. Have your order number or the email address used at checkout ready.
What is the delivery time?
Orders placed before 6 pm are shipped the next business day, then delivered within 3 to 6 business days depending on the carrier and destination. Pre-orders are shipped on their scheduled release date. Details: https://cardoriah.com/en/policies/shipping-policy
How do pre-orders work? When will I be charged?
A pre-order reserves your product before its official release. No immediate payment: your bank card is charged on the date shown on the product page, before shipping. Your parcel ships on the scheduled release date.
What delivery methods are available?
- France, Belgium, Luxembourg: Mondial Relay, to a pickup point or home delivery.
- Spain, Italy, Portugal, Netherlands, Germany, Austria: Chronopost Shop2Shop to a pickup point, or Mondial Relay / UPS for home delivery.
How do I choose or change my pickup point?
You can change your pickup point right after purchase, or from your order tracking page. Once the parcel has been shipped, it can no longer be changed.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cardoriah accepts bank cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Bancontact, EPS, iDEAL | Wero, MB WAY, Satispay and Bizum. Available methods vary depending on your delivery country. Pre-orders can only be paid by bank card.
Are Cardoriah products official and sealed?
Yes. Cardoriah only sells official, brand-new products in their original packaging (boosters, displays, decks, bundles), sourced from official distributors.
Can I return a product?
Yes, you have 14 days after receipt to return an item. Details: https://cardoriah.com/en/policies/refund-policy
My parcel is damaged or incomplete. What should I do?
Contact us at contact@cardoriah.com with your order number and photos of the parcel.
How does the loyalty program work?
You earn 1 point for every €1 spent. At 250 points, you get a voucher. Points expire after 12 months and vouchers after 3 months. Only one voucher can be used per order, even if you hold several.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, Cardoriah delivers to mainland France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Spain, Italy, Portugal, the Netherlands, Germany and Austria.
