Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal and request a return, without having to justify your decision.
After this period, no return can be accepted, without prejudice to the legal guarantees of conformity and against hidden defects.

Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • Be in a condition suitable for resale, complete and protected;
  • Retain its original packaging and accessories as much as possible;
  • Be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

If the product has been handled beyond what is necessary to check its nature, characteristics, and condition, a deduction may be applied in accordance with Article L221-23 of the French Consumer Code.

Return Fees

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the product is defective, damaged, or does not match your order.

Return Procedure

You can start a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To do so, simply contact us:

Once we receive your request, we will confirm by email that your return has been accepted and provide instructions to follow.
You have 14 days to send the products back to us.

Returns are preferably handled via Mondial Relay to ensure secure receipt at the following address:

If you prefer another carrier for your return (e.g. Colissimo home delivery), we can provide a suitable return address upon request: please contact contact@cardoriah.com before shipping.

We recommend keeping proof of shipment until receipt of the parcel is confirmed.

For logistical reasons, returns should not be sent directly to our registered office address, as it is not used to receive customer parcels.

This procedure ensures reliable tracking and proper handling of your return.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt.
If a product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at contact@cardoriah.com so we can assist you.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of its approval.
Amounts will be refunded to the original payment method within 10 business days after the return is validated.
Additional delays may apply depending on your bank.
If you have not been refunded after 15 business days, please contact us at contact@cardoriah.com.
