Shipping

Your orders are shipped the next business day for any order placed before 6 PM (excluding Sundays, public holidays, and pre-orders).
The delivery times below are provided for guidance only and start counting from the date the order is shipped. Carriers are selected based on the delivery method chosen at checkout.

Delivery is available to mainland France, Luxembourg, Belgium, Spain (excluding islands), Italy, and Portugal (excluding islands).

Delivery times may vary in the event of high order volumes, exceptional circumstances (strikes, public holidays, severe weather, etc.), or incidents beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Every shipped order comes with a tracking number provided by the carrier, allowing you to track the progress of your delivery.

Liability

AlphireTCG, Société par actions simplifiée unipersonnelle (SASU), trading as Cardoriah, makes every effort to ensure delivery within the stated timeframes. However, delays or incidents may occur due to carriers or circumstances beyond our control.

In accordance with Article L216-4 of the French Consumer Code, the risk of loss or damage to products transfers to the customer at the moment they (or a third party designated by them) physically take possession of the parcel.

In the event of loss, damage, or a confirmed delay, Cardoriah will assist the customer with the claims process with the carrier and will seek an appropriate solution where possible (refund or replacement, as applicable).

In the event of non-receipt reported by the customer, Cardoriah reserves the right to request any additional information deemed necessary (sworn statement, address verification, etc.) before opening an investigation with the carrier.
