Deletion of personal data

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you can request the deletion of personal data we hold about you.

How to submit your request

1. Send an email to contact@cardoriah.com with the subject line:
   "Deletion of my personal data."
2. In your message, please include:

• The email address associated with your account or orders,
• The order number(s) (if applicable),
• The platform used to log in (Facebook, Google, if applicable).

We will process your request within a maximum of 30 days from its receipt.
For security reasons, we may need to verify your identity before any deletion.

What is deleted (and what must be kept)
We will delete your customer account (if applicable) and all personal data not required for our legal obligations.
Certain information may be retained temporarily for legal or accounting reasons, particularly for taxation, fraud prevention, or dispute management.
This data will be deleted or anonymized as soon as legal deadlines allow.
